We hold comprehensive insurance cover through Hiscox for the majority of the services we provide, including housekeeping and cleaning support. Every contractor working within your home is covered under the relevant insurance policy for the services they deliver.

For specialist services such as cooking and dog walking, we use separate specialist insurance providers to ensure the correct and appropriate level of cover is always in place.

Copies of relevant insurance documentation and staff Basic Disclosure certificates are available upon request, providing additional reassurance and peace of mind. Our policies are arranged through PolicyBee.
