We get this question a lot!

Think of us as a mini you — one dedicated helper, with many ways to support you.

We’re often asked if it’s the same helper each week — and yes, it is! The same person visits your home regularly, gets to know you, your routines, and becomes almost part of the family. No random people turning up — just someone you trust and who truly knows your home.

Our helpers are experienced cleaners and housekeepers, trained to handle everything from home care to light admin. In essence, they’re an extension of you.

If you just want weekly cleaning, we’ve got you.
If you want cleaning plus home resets, decluttering, or a bit of admin support — we can do that too.
Maybe next time you’d like some batch cooking done? We can help with that as well.

We usually follow a regular routine — for example, coming every Monday to clean, walk the dog, and take care of household tasks. But if you ever need extra help, we can easily adjust and add things on.

Whether you’d like someone to handle the weekly reset after a busy weekend (laundry, ironing, hoovering, cleaning — the works!), or just keep your home running smoothly, we’re here for it.

If you need more help with cooking than other tasks, please mention that on the contact form. We’ll make sure to match you with a helper who’s properly trained — anyone who handles cooking must have hygiene certification and the right qualifications. That way, we can send the best possible helper for your needs.

How much do you charge?

We charge £23 an hour for long-term support.

All our helpers are self-employed, which allows us to offer a competitive and fair rate that reflects their skills, experience, and commitment to our mission. Many of our helpers are parents or run their own small businesses — they bring real-life experience, professionalism, and care into every home they support.

This rate ensures our helpers are paid fairly and highly for the valuable work they do, while also reflecting the quality of service you receive.

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work — precise, efficient, and carried out with genuine attention to detail. For the speed, skill, and precision you receive, our £23 rate offers exceptional value and peace of mind.

Can I do one-off or short-term sessions

Can I book one-off or short-term sessions?

Yes, absolutely! You’re very welcome to book one-off or short-term support with us.

Please note that we charge a slightly higher rate for one-off sessions, as these tend to be more specialised and intensive.

  • One-off declutters: £30 per hour

  • One-off tenancy cleans: £30 per hour

If you’d like short-term help (for example, over a few weeks or a few months), that’s also perfectly fine — we’ll simply apply our standard rate of £23 per hour for ongoing support during that time.

I go away a lot. Can I pause the service?

We operate on a 28-day rolling contract, with the option to pause for up to 4 weeks per year.

You might be wondering why this is necessary. Our helpers are self-employed and work with you long-term. If you have, for example, a 3-hour session booked every Monday morning, and you cancel sporadically — say 2 weeks in April, 3 weeks in summer, 2 weeks in October — those hours are still blocked in your helper’s schedule. This means your helper doesn’t get paid for the time they’ve reserved for you.

To make this fair for both you and our helpers, we offer a 4-week pause service each year.

Even when you’re away, we can often attend if you’d like. These sessions can include:

  • Deep cleans

  • Decluttering

  • Sorting specific areas

  • Organising under beds or folding drawers

  • Other tasks that haven’t been tackled yet

We like to keep the service consistent whenever possible, as it allows us to make real progress in your home, rather than only tackling small, fragmented tasks.
