Short-Term Help – flexible support for a few weeks or months, perfect after a baby, during busy periods, or when your regular cleaner is away.
One-Off Help – single deep cleans, post- or pre-tenancy cleans, or decluttering projects.

You’ll have one dedicated helper providing consistent support each week, so you always know who’s in your home and how they work.
Enjoy a simple monthly rolling contract (28 days) with just two weeks’ notice to make changes or end your service.

You’ll be matched with a specialised helper who’s experienced in short-term and transitional household support — someone who can quickly adapt to your needs and make life feel calm and manageable again.

Whether you’re moving out, preparing your new home, tackling a big decluttering project, or simply want everything sparkling for a special occasion — our One-Off Help service is perfect for those moments when you just need an extra boost.
We handle:
Deep cleans, post-tenancy and pre-tenancy cleans, one-off decluttering sessions, home resets, and more.Our one-off service is charged at £25 per hour, and while it’s a little higher than our regular rate, you’ll still find us to be Edinburgh’s most affordable and reliable decluttering and one-off cleaning team.
You’ll get the same care, attention to detail, and friendly professionalism that define all our services — just without the ongoing commitment.

How to do I get started?
Step 1: Fill Out the Interest Form
Start by completing our contact form, which you can find here. We will aim to get back to you within 24 hours. You will be able to tell us what type of support you are after here (Wh-ether long-term, short-term term or a once off)
Step 2: Consultation
An introductory session designed for us to get to know each other and discuss your goals, ideas, and expectations.
We’ll explore what you’d like. to achieve and how we can best support you moving forward.
Step 3: Trial Day
We will arrange a trial day before committing to ongoing support.
After the trial, we confirm your long-term schedule and officially begin your service.
Step 4: Ongoing Service
Once your service starts, you will sign the T&Cs, and we’ll invoice you monthly.
Your agreed hours are carried out each week, with changes subject to the notice period in the T&Cs.
You can increase or reduce hours with notice, and if you wish to cancel, you can do so with 14 days' notice. Please note, we have a 3-month minimum subscription to the service.
Our service is extremely flexible, allowing you to tailor it to your needs—whether that’s general household help or working alongside us on decluttering projects.
