This service is life changing. I am so glad I found NTN! We have a wonderful helper who comes each week and resets our flat, alongside tackling one of the 'long list' of tasks e.g. misc drawers/kitchen cupboards/clothes clear outs. We don't know what we'd do without this. Thank you!

Katie was absolutely brilliant and I can't recommend her more highly! As I have a broken arm I was limited in what I could do to get things ready for Christmas but it was all taken care of with speed, professionalism and charm. A fabulous business.

We’ve had such a positive experience with New Town Nests. They really took the time to understand what we needed and matched us so thoughtfully. Poppy has made a huge difference to our day to day life. It’s all the everyday things that can feel never ending and she just quietly gets on with everything, always with a smile. It’s taken so much pressure off not having to think about cooking, cleaning or tidying up. She’s fitted into our home so naturally, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the matching process. We feel really lucky to have found them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Fantastic company!

Life changing service! Naomi comes to our house for 3 hours a week and in that time she folds and puts away laundry, organises overflowing cupboards and even batch cooks. I feel like this is the service we have been missing from our life in order to keep on top of the house. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

New Town Nests have been an absolute game changer for my elderly mum. The support they’ve provided across a wide range of day-to-day tasks has been incredible.

We’ve been matched with such a fantastic helper — she’s reliable, kind, and genuinely cares about my mum’s wellbeing. From helping with admin and changing beds to popping to the shops and handling general life tasks, she’s taken so much pressure off.

It’s been especially valuable because my mum isn’t at the stage where she needs assisted living or a care home — she’s somewhere in between — and this service fills that gap perfectly.

Honestly, it feels like having a mini version of myself there to support her, which has been life-changing for both of us.

From sorting out my boiler service, to shredding a mountain of confidential paperwork, to changing my bed linen and doing the ironing. They even cleaned my house when I was on holiday, so that when I came back it was sparkling. Angels!
